Day 1: London - RomeThursday 22nd September 2011 |

If you join the group in London, you fly with Alitalia at 07.30 am from Heathrow Terminal 4, flight AZ201. You arrive Rome at 11.00 am and are transferred to your hotel for a 2 night stay. On the first 3 nights of this tour, dinner is not included. Instead, enjoy exploring the cuisine of the local restaurants as well as on board the cruise.

Day 3: Rome - Pompeii - BrindisiSaturday 24th September 2011 |

After breakfast your coach takes you to Pompeii, where time stood still on 29th August 74 C.E. At Brindisi you board a ship for an exciting overnight cruise on the beautiful Adriatic Sea to Greece. For your evening meal you may choose to use the restaurant facilities on board. |

Day 4: Patres - Corinth - AthensSunday 25th September 2011 |

Enjoy breakfast on board. You disembark at Patra, Greece. Acts 18:1–18. A breathtaking human achievement is the Corinth Canal. What helped early Corinthian Christians to remain faithful? You visit the Museum, the Theatre (1 Corinthians 4:9), the Judgment Seat and the Pavement of Erastus (Romans 16:23). Next stop is the site of the Isthmian Games, which Paul had in mind when writing his striking illustration in 1 Corinthians 9:17–24. |

The Acropolis, Parthenon and Areopagus are highlights of your tour. You walk through the Market Place where Paul answered the philosophers’ questions and helped some to serve faithfully. |

From Athens you fly to the island of Samos, then by sea to Turkey. Your day ends at your hotel in Kusadasi near Ephesus. |

Visiting Ephesus is a highlight. (Revelation 2:1-7). Here you see the impressive Theatre, (Acts 19: 29), the Agora and the Library. |

Visit the beautiful reconstructed site of Sardis (Revelation 3:1-6). The message to the congregation in this city will not only have deeper meaning, but will encourage you to remain faithful when facing problems. Though imprisoned, early Christians in Smyrna were urged not to be afraid (Revelation 2: 8-11). Overnight stay in Izmir. |

Today you visit the impressive ruins of Pergamum (Revelation 2:12–17), highlighting, the reason why the Bible says the “throne of Satan” was here. The hotel is in Canakkale. |

Day 11: Galipolli - Neapolis - MacedoniaSunday 2nd October 2011 |

A short ferry trip across the Dardanelles. Pass through Gallipoli where thousands have been buried, victims of the 'Dardanelles Campaign' from 25 April 1915 to 9 January 1916. You cross Upsala, the Turkish / Greek border. Arrive in Kavalla, known in the Bible as Neapolis. It was here that Paul first entered Europe in response to the call, “Step over into Macedonia” (Acts 16:10-11). You stay here two nights. |

Day 12: PhilippiMonday 3rd October 2011 |

Acts 16:12 – 40. You visit Philippi, the first city in Europe to accept Christianity. You see the river where Lydia was baptised and the possible site of Paul and Silas’ imprisonment. Afternoon free. Opportunity to explore Kavalla or relax on the sandy beach of the hotel. |
