Receipt of your written confirmation confirms group bookings.

 

Photography is permitted within the British Museum.

 

All Tours are copyrighted.

 

ANY recordings of the tours are permitted for personal use only.

 

London Weekend Tours

 

The booking is only confirmed when the £200 deposited is received.

 

The Weekend package does NOT include the coach cost and booking of your Bethel tour.

 

Any cancellations should be notified in writing and will ONLY become effective when received in this office. Cancellation charges are as follows:-

Bible Land Tours

 

Reservations are not held until receipt of the deposit.

 

Tour Payment - If you wish to pay in a currency different to that advertised, all monies received will be converted into the tour currency on day of receipt (at that days exchange rate) and will be credited to your account.

 

Balance payment is due 10 weeks prior to departure.

 

Included in the cost are Flights to Tour destination from and returning to London, Hotel, buffet breakfast, transportation, entrance fees at the sites, cost of escort, cost of local guides. Evening meals as specified in itineraries.

 

The following are NOT included - any possible surcharges levied, visas, border taxes, airport taxes, tips.  Evening meals as stated in itineraries.

 

To protect yourself we must ask you to take out adequate insurance cover for the duration of your trip.

 

If deemed necessary by the Company for the safety of its passengers, substitutions in the itinerary will be introduced. You will be advised of this as soon as possible.

 

Cancellations and Changes

 

Prior to the Period of Cancellation below any refunds of deposits in US$/Euros will be less US$40/€30 per person for international bank charges.

 

There is an administration charge of £25/US$40/€30 for each change to your original booking. i.e.flight details, rooming. Any additional costs incurred in making these alterations will also be charged to you.

 

All cancellations should be notified in writing and ONLY become effective when received in this office.

Booking Conditions


Following legislation on 31st December 1992, under the terms of the Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations we are obliged to state the following:

     
  1. Circumstances may compel alteration to any details contained in this brochure, but should such changes occur, you will be notified. 
  2. Other than in unforeseen circumstances all coach travel will be on air-conditioned, non-smoking coaches operated by local agents in each country. 
  3. The hotel(s) are rated four star or first class. 
  4. You will have dinner from the evening of arrival through to breakfast on the morning of departure included in the price unless otherwise specified in the itinerary. 
  5. British citizens travelling within the EC are entitled to receive the same medical care as is applicable to nationals of the country visited, but to obtain this a form E111 must be carried. Applications for E111=B9s are obtainable from main Post offices. There are no entry health requirements like immunization for any of the countries we visit. 
  6. We reserve the right to cancel any tour for which there are insufficient bookings made to justify its departure. In the unlikely event of this happening you will be advised at least 5 weeks before departure and given the option of cancelling or transferring to another tour. 
  7. Should the outward or return journey be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. due to adverse travel conditions/strikes/civil disturbances we do not accept any liability to give refunds for benefits not enjoyed or for any additional expenditure made by passengers as a result of such delays. 
  8. Your booking can be made with confidence as all moneys paid to our company are protected by ATOL and any money paid by a customer to an agent (pipeline monies) is at all times held on behalf of the ATOL holder. 
  9. Flights: at the time of going to press we are not in a position to state the operator and aircraft type. This information will be provided when available. Meander Travel Limited is a bonded tour operator with a licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority ATOL 4648.
